ኢሳት ዜና :-በደቡብ ክልል ዋና ከተማ በአዋሳ የካቲት 14 ቀን 2007 ዓም በደረሰው ከፍተኛ የእሳት ቃጠሎ የሟቾች ቁጥር በመንግስት እንደተገለጸው አንድ ሳይሆን ከ20 በላይ መሆኑን ተገጂዎች ለኢሳት ገልጸዋል። ከፍተኛ ንብረት ከወደመባቸውና እሳቱ ሲነሳ በስፍራው ከነበሩት መካከል አንዱ ለኢሳት ሲናገር፣ እርሱ የ6 ሰዎችን የተቃጠለ አስከሬን ማየቱን፣ በስፍራው የሚገኙ ጓደኞቹ ደግሞ በአጠቃላይ እስካሁን 27 አስከሬን ተፈልጎ መቀበሩን ተናገሩዋል። አንድ ህጻነት እና አንዲት እናት ከ3 ልጆቿ ጋር ሞታ መመልከቱን፣ በማግስቱ ደግሞ ተጨማሪ ሁለት ሰዎች ሞተው ማየቱን የሚናገረው ግለሰቡ፣ የመንግስት የጸጥታ ሃይሎች አካባቢውን ከነዋሪው በመከለል ማታ ማታ የተቃጠለ አስከሬን እየፈለጉ በመቅበር ላይ ናቸው ብሎአል። እናቶች አሁንም ድረስ ልጆቻቸውን እየጠየቁ ቢሆንም፣ በከንቲባው በኩል የሚሰጠው ምላሽ አሳዛኝ መሆኑን ግለሰቡ ገልጿል። ነዋሪዎቹ በመንግስት በኩል በቂ እርዳታ እንዳልተደረገላቸው በምሬት ተናግረዋል። መንግስት የእሳቱን መነሻ እስካሁን ይፋ አላደረገም። ነዋሪዎች እንደሚሉት ግን መስተዳድሩ ቦታውን ለመሸጥ እሳቱን ሆን ብሎ አስነስቶታል። በጉዳዩ ዙሪያ የአዋሳን ከንቲባ ለማግኘት ያደረግነው ተደጋጋሚ ሙከራ አልተሳካም።

እንደ ፈረንጆቹ ዘመን ኣቆጣጠር በ 1894 ኣም ማለትም ከመቶ ኣመታት በፊት ከኣዲስ ኣበባ ወደ ጅቡቲ ወደብ በተዘረጋው ባለ ኣንድ የባቡር መስመር ትታወቅ የነበረችው ኢትዮጵያ ኣሮጌውን የኣዲስ ኣበባ _ ጅቡቲ የባቡር መስመር በዘመናዊ መስመር ከመተከቷ ባሻገር በኣምስት ኣመት የትራንስፎርሜሽን ኣቅድ በሺዎች በሚቆጠሩ ኪሎ ሜትሮች መላዋን የኣገርቱን ክልሎች ለማገናኘት ፕሮጄክት ነድፋ ከመንቀሳቀሷ ላይ ናት። ኣሁን ኣሁን እንደምሰማው ከሆነ በእቅድ ተይዘው የነበሩ ፕሮጄክቶ ወደ ስራ እየገቡ ያሉ ሲሆን፤ የኣዲስ ኣበባ ከተማ ቀላል የባቡር ፕሮጄክት የሙከራ ስራ ጅምሯል። ከዚህም ባሻገር ሰሞኑን ኣዋሽ _ ኮምቦልቻ _ ወልዲያ _ ሐራ ገበያ የምሽፍነው ባለ 375 ኪሎ ሜትር የባቡር መስመር ስራን ጨምሮ በኣጠቃላይ በኣገሪቱ 1 ሺ 500 ኪሎ ሜትር የምሸፍን የባቡር መስመር ስራ በመሰራት ላይ ነው። ይህ የኣገሪቷን ክልሎች ያገናኛል የተባለለት የባቡር መስመር ዝርጋት ፕሮጄክት የትኛውንም የሲዳማን ከተማ እና ኣከባቢን ኣይጨምርም። ለኣብነት ያህል ከኣዲስ ኣበባ ተነስቶ ወደ ሞያሌ የምዘልቀው የባቡር መስመር ሆነ ተብሎ በኣርባምንጭ_ኮንሶ ኣድርጎ እንድሄድ ተደርጓል።  ለመሆኑ የባቡር መስመር ዝርታ ፕሮጄክቱ የሲዳማን ኣከባቢዎች ያላከተተበት ምክንያት ምንድነው ?  ወገን ተወያይ!

The Joint Council of Political Parties has selected nine subjects as the agendas for televised debates between the political parties in the planned televised debating sessions. This is part of the election campaign to help voters make informed decisions for the May Federal and National Elections. The FAA has  lifted a nearly 15-year-old prohibition  on flight operations within the airspace or territory of northern Ethiopia. The ban was instituted in May 2000 “because of the threat posed by the outbreak of hostilities between Ethiopia and Eritrea,” according to the FAA. The first lot for Mojo – Hawassa Expressway project, which stretches for 93 kilometers, is awarded to a South Korean construction company, Keangnam Enterprises Limited, by Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA). Workeneh, Gebehu, Ethiopia’s Minister for Transport, explained the firm won the bid for the first lot of the entire 209 kilometers. Even if Keangnam has won the bid the agreement between ERA and the company is not yet concluded. The project is going to be financed partially from a loan that will be secured from the South Korean Government. The difference will be covered by a state funding and the project is expected to commence in the current fiscal year. Upon completion a toll road is expected to connect the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, with the capital of the State of Southern, Nations, Nationalities and Peoples. ብሔራዊ የካንሰር ኢንስቲትዩት ይፋ ያደረገው ጥናት እንደሚለው ከሆነ ቡና ሜላኖማን የመከላከል ኃይል አለው፡፡ 447 ሺህ  357  ሰዎችን ያሳተፈውና በአማካይ ለ10 ዓመታት የዘለቀው ይህ ጥናት ቡና በብዛት የሚጠጡ ሰዎች ለበሽታው ያላቸው ተጋላጭነት አነስተኛ መሆኑን አመላክቷል። በመሆኑም በቀን አራት ስኒ ቡና ወይም ከዚያ በላይ የሚጠጡ ሰዎች ለሜላኖማ የመጋለጥ ዕድላቸው ቡና ከማይጠጡ ሰዎች በ20 በመቶ ያነሰ መሆኑን ጠቁሟል። ይሁንና የጥናቱ ውጤት ያንኑ ናሙናው የተወሰደበትን ማህበረሰብ እንጂ ሌሎችን እንደማይወክልና በጉዳዩ ላይ ተጨማሪ ጥናት እንደሚያስፈልግ ተመራማሪዎቹ አልሸሸጉም። ምንጭ፡-  ዘ ታይምስ ኦፍ ኢንዲያ

•    የእሳት ቃጠሎ አደጋ የደረሰበትን ሰው በአፋጣኝ ከቃጠሎው ቦታ ማራቅ •    በጣም ያለቀዘቀዘ ወይንም በረዶ ያልሆነ ውሃን በተቃጠለው አካል ላይ ማደረግ ምክንያቱም በረዶ ቃጠሎ የደረሰበትን ቆዳችንን ስለሚጎዳ ነው። •    ማንኛውንም ልብስ ወይም ጌጣጌጥ አደጋው ከደረሰበት ሰው ላይ ማውለቅ፥ ነገር ግን ከቆዳ ጋር ተጣብቆ ያለ ማንኛውንም ነገር ለማንሳት መሞከር ለመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እርዳታ ተገቢ አይደለም፡፡ •    አደጋው የደረሰበት ሰው በብርድ እንዳይጠቃ መከላከል •    የህመም ማስታገሻ መድሀኒቶች በአቅራቢያ ካገኙ መስጠት •    በአፋጣኝ ወደ ህክምና ቦታ መውሰድ ናቸው።

በአሰልጣኝ በኃይሏ ዘለቀ  የሚመራው የኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ብሄራዊ ቡድን መጋቢት 23 ቀን 2007 ለመላው አፍሪካ ጨዋታዎች ማጣርያ ከካሜሩን አቻው ጋር ለሚያደርገው ጨዋታ 40 ተጫዋቾችን የመረጠ ሲሆን የሲዳማ ክለቦች የሆኑት ሲዳማ ቡና እና ሐዋሳ ከነማ በድምሩ ሰባት ተጨዋቾችን ኣስመርጠዋል፡፡ በተለይ ሲዳማ ቡና የሴቶች እግር ኳስ ቡድን ሊያ ሽብሩን በግብ ጠባቂነት፤ ፋስካ በቀለን በተከላካይነት፤ የካቲት መንግስቱን በኣማካይነት፤ መሳይ ተመስገን እና ወርቅነሽ መልሜሎን በኣጥቂነት በድምሩ ኣምስት ተጫዋቶችን ለብሔራዊ ቡድኑ በማስመረጥ ስድስት ተጫዋቾችን ካስመረጠው ደደቢት ቀጥሎ በሁለተኛ ደረጃ ላይ ተቀምጧል። ሐዋሳ ከነማ በበኩሉ፧ ኣዲስ በፍቃዱን እና ምህረት መለሰን በኣማካይ እና በተከላካይ ቦታ ኣስመርጧል።   ሉሲዎቹ ዝግጅታቸውን ከቀጣይ ሳምንት ጀምሮ የሚጀምሩ ሲሆን የኢትዮጰያ ሴቶች ፕሪሚየር ሊግም ለአንድ ወር ያህል ይቋረጣል ተብሏል፡፡ ለሉሲዎቹ የተመረጡት 40 ተጫዋቾች የሚከተሉት ናቸው፡- ተ.ቁ ስም ክለብ ግብ ጠባቂዎች 1 ዳግማዊት መኮንን የኢት. ንግድ ባንክ 2 ማርታ በቀለ ዳሽን ቢራ 3 ትእግስት አበራ ወላይታ ድቻ 4 ታሪኳ በርገና ድሬዳዋ ከነማ 5 ሊያ ሽብሩ ሲዳማ ቡና ተከላካዮች 6 ሳምራዊት ኃይሉ መከላከያ 7 መስከረም ኮንካ ደደቢት 8 ጥሩአንቺ መንገሻ የኢት.ንግድ ባንክ 9 ፅየን እስጢፋኖስ ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ 10 ፋሲካ በቀለ ሲዳማ ቡና 11 አረጋሽ ፀጋ አርባምንጭ ከነማ 12 እፀገነት ብዙነህ የኢት. ንግድ ባንክ 13 ውባለም ፀጋዬ ደደቢት 14 ፋጡማ አሊ ደደቢት 154 መልካም ተፈራ ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ 16 ምህረት መለሰ ሀዋሳ ከነማ 17 አሳቤ ምኤሶ አዳማ ከነማ 18 ገነት ኃይሌ ድሬዳዋ ከነማ አማካዮች 19
