Photo:  James Jeffrey/IRIN የሲዳማ ዞን በኢትዮጵያ ከኦሮሚያ ክልል ቀጥሎ ከፍተኛ የቡና ምርት የምመረትባት ዞን ናት። ኣብዛኛው ማለትም ወደ 80 ከመቶ የምሆነው የዞኑ ነዋሪ ኑሮውን የምደግፈው በግብሪና ስራ ላይ ተሰማርተው ሲሆን፤ የቡና ምርት በዞኑ ውስጥ ከዌሴ ምርት ቀጥሎ በግንባር ቀደምትነት በመመረቱ የሚጠቀስ ነው። ሲዳማዎች በስማቸው በምጠራው የቡና ኣይነት ወይም የቡና ምርት ምልክት / መጠሪያ በኣለም ላይ የሚታወቁ ሲሆን፤ በቡና ምርታቸው የምታወቁት ያህል ከሽያጩ ተጠቃሚ ኣይደሉም። የኣለምን የቡና ገበያ የተመለከቱ መረጃዎች እንደምያሳዩት ከሆነ፤ በቡና ምርት ሽያጭ ከፍተኛ ገቢ በማጋበስ ላይ የምገኙት የሲዳማ ቡና ኣምራቾች ሳይሆኑ የሲዳማን ቡና ቆልተው እና ፈጭተው የሚቸረችሩ ኩባኒያዎች ናቸው። እነዚህ ኩባኒያዎች ከሲዳማ ቡና ኣምራቾች በዝቅተኛ ዋጋ የሚገዙትን ቡና በመሸጥ በሚያገኙት ዳጎስ ያለ ገንዘብ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ ኢኮኖሚያቸውን እያፈረጠሙ ሲሆን፤ የሲዳማ ኣርሶ ኣደሮች ግን ከምርታቸው ተጠቃሚ ካለመሆናቸው የተነሳ በሚያጋጥማቸው ኢኮኖሚያዊ ችግር የቀን ተቀን ኑሮ ኣስቸጋሪ እየሆነባቸው ነው። ከቅርብ ኣመታት ወዲህ በጉዳዩ ዙሪያ መንግስት የተለያዩ እርምጃዎችን የወሰደ ሲሆን፤ የቡና ኣምራቾችን በማህበር በማደራጀት በኢትዮጵያ የምርት ገበያ በኩል የቡና ኣምራች ማህበራቱ ምርቶቻቸውን በቀጥታ ለኣለም ገበያ እንድያቀርቡ መደረጉን እንደኣብነት ማንሳት ይቻላል። ይህ የመንግስት እርምጃ የማህበራቱ ገብ በኣንጻሩ ያሳደገው ብሆንም በቡና ኣምራች ኣርሶ ኣደሩ ገብ ላይ ያመጣው ለውጥ ይህን ያህል ነው። በኢትዮጵያ፤ ፓናማ እና ኢልሳልቫዶር በብሄራዊ የቡና ማህበራት በኣማካሪነት ያገለገሉት ካላ ዊልያም ቦልት እንደምሉት ከሆነ፦

The races will be held entirely within the city limits of Hawassa and be contested on a flat, accurate, two-loop course (one loop for the half marathoners). Other than a short stretch on a hard-packed dirt road, the race will be on pavement with plenty of aid stations with purified water and sports drinks, as well as native musicians along the course. The start/finish of the races are within easy walking distance of the race hotels.  Course Information and Description The Haile Gebrselassie Marathon, to be held on October 20, 2013 in Hawassa, Ethiopia, will be on a two-lap course. Each lap of the citywide course will be 13.1 miles. Half-marathoners and marathoners will start together at the convenient start/finish which is located two miles from the center of Hawassa, and within two miles of any of the race hotels. Ethiopian Commodity Exchange to Switch to Online Trading in Q3 The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX), is to switch to online trading in the third quarter of the current fiscal year, capital reported. Currently, the exchange conducts physical trading from its headquarters located at Mexico Square in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Solomon Edossa, Chief Information Technology Officer of the Exchange, said, online trading will begin in Addis Ababa and six other selected remote centers outside of Addis Addis Ababa. “We will commence online trading on all products that the Exchange handles on the trading floor,” Solomon said. በተፈለገው ፍጥነት፣ መጠን፣ ስፋትና ክብደት ባይሆንም ለሙስና ትኩረት እየተሰጠና ትግል እየተካሄደ ነው፡፡ ዕርምጃም እየታየ ነው፡፡ ውሳኔው ለፍርድ ቤት የሚተው ቢሆንም፣ መንግሥት ዕርምጃ መውሰድ መጀመሩ በርታ ተበራታ የሚያስብል ነው፡፡ በግልጽ ልናነሳቸው የሚገቡ በሙስና ትግል ዙሪያ በርካታ ጉዳዮች አሉ፡፡ ለጊዜው አንድ ዓብይ ጉዳይ እናንሳ፡፡  ሙስና ከገንዘብ ጋር ብቻ የተያያዘ ነው ማለት አይቻልም፡፡ ጉቦ መቀበል፣ ገንዘብ መስረቅ፣ ያላግባብ የጨረታና የግዥ ጥቅማ ጥቅም ማግኘት፣ ወዘተ ተግባራት እየተፈጸሙ ናቸው፡፡ በዚህም የመንግሥት አካላትና ከመንግሥት ውጭ ያሉ የግሉ ዘርፍ አካላትም ተጠያቂ እየሆኑ ናቸው፡፡  ቁም ነገሩ ተጠቃሎ ሲታይ የሕዝብና የመንግሥት ገንዘብ አላግባብ ተመዘበረ፣ ተሰረቀ፣ ተሰጠ፣ ተወሰደ፣ ተመነተፈ፣ ተዛወረ፣ ወዘተ ነው፡፡ ገንዘብ ወይም ንብረት ያለበት ወንጀል ነው፡፡ ኢኮኖሚያዊና ቢዝነስ ነክ ሙስና ነው፡፡  ይህ አደገኛ የሙስና ዘርፍ ስለሆነ ልንዋጋውና ልንታገለው ይገባል፡፡ የአገር ልማትን፣ የኢንቨስትመንት ሒደትንና ከድህነት ለመላቀቅ የሚደረገውን ጥረት የሚያሰናክል ነውና፡፡  ሙስና ግን ይህ ብቻ አይደለም፡፡ ፖለቲካዊ ሙስናም አለ፡፡  የተሰጣቸውን ሕዝባዊ ኃላፊነት ተጠቅመው አገርንና ሕዝብን ከማገልገልና ለሕገ መንግሥትና ለሕግ ተገዥ ሆኖ ከመሥራት ይልቅ የኃላፊነት ወንበሩን፣ ሕገ መንግሥቱን፣ ሕጉን፣ መመርያውንና ደንቡን እየጣሱ የሚፈልጉትን ለመጥቀምና የማይፈልጉትን ለማጥቃት መንቀሳቀስም አለ፡፡  ይህ ድርጊት የገንዘብና የንብረት ጥቅም ላይኖርበት ይችላል፡፡ ነገር ግን ፖለቲካዊ ሥልጣንን ተጠቅሞ ያላግባብ መጥቀምና ያላግባብ ዜጋን መጉዳት ይታይበታል፡፡  እከሌና እከሊት ጠላቶቼ ስለሆኑ መሬት እንዳያ
