ዜናው የሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ነው የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በየዓመቱ የሚያዘጋጀው የሻምበል አበበ ብቂላ ማራቶን ባለፈው እሑድ በሐዋሳ ከተማ ሲካሄድ በወንዶች የፌዴራል ፖሊስ ስንታየሁ ለገሰ፣ በሴቶች ደግሞ የመከላከያዋ አፀደ ባይሳ አሸናፊ ሆነዋል፡፡ በ1956 በሮም፣ እንዲሁም በ1960 ዓ.ም. በቶኪዮ በተዘጋጁት የኦሊምፒክ ውድድሮች በማራቶን የወርቅ ሜዳሊያዎችን በማስመዝገብ ከአገሩ አልፎ አፍሪካን እንዳኮራ የሚነገርለት ሻምበል አበበ ብቂላ አሁንም ድረስ በስመ ገናናነቱ ይጠቀሳል፡፡ በተለይ ደግሞ በሮም አውራ ጎዳናዎች 42 ኪሎ ሜትር ከ195 ሜትር የሚሸፍነውን ማራቶን በባዶ እግሩ ሮጦ የወርቅ ሜዳሊያ ያስመዘገበበት ታሪኩ በአራት ዓመት አንድ ጊዜ እየተዘጋጀ ዛሬ ላይ ለደረሰው ዘመናዊ ኦሊምፒክ ተምሳሌት እንደሆነም ይገኛል፡፡ ‹‹ኢትዮጵያና አትሌቲክስ የአንድ ሳንቲም ሁለት ገጽታ›› ሆነው እንዲቀጥሉ ፈር ቀዳጅ መሆኑ ለሚመገርለት ሕያው አትሌት፣ የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በስሙ የማራቶን ውድድር ማዘጋጀት ከጀመረ ሦስት አሠርታት አስቆጥሯል፡፡ በዚሁ መሠረት ባለፈው እሑድ ሰኔ 15 ቀን 2006 ዓ.ም. በሐዋሳ ባከናወነው ማራቶን በወንዶች ከፌዴራል ፖሊስ ስንታየሁ ለገሰ ርቀቱን 2 ሰዓት፣ 13 ደቂቃ፣ 28 ሰከንድ፣ በሆነ ጊዜ አጠናቆ አንደኛ ሲወጣ፣ ረጋሳ ምንዳዬ ከኦሮሚያ 2 ሰዓት፣ 13 ደቂቃ፣ 30 ሰከንድ ከፌዴራል ፖሊስ ገዛኸኝ አበራ 2 ሰዓት፣ 13 ደቂቃ፣ 32 ሰከንድ በመግባት ሁለተኛና ሦስተኛ ሆነዋል፡፡ በሴቶች ከመከላከያ አፀደ ባይሳ 2 ሰዓት፣ 45 ደቂቃ፣ 60 ሰከንድ፣ እንዲሁም ከዚሁ ክለብ እመቤት ኢተአ 2 ሰዓት፣ 47 ደቂቃ፣ 25 ሰከንድ ስትወጣ፣ በግል የቀረበችው ሻሾ     2 ሰዓት፣ 47 ደቂቃ፣ 26 ሰከንድ ሦስተኛ በ

የዋጋ ንረትን በተመለከተ ሰሞኑን ሁለት ተቀራራቢ የሆኑ ክስተቶች ተሰምተዋል፡፡ የመጀመሪያው የማዕከላዊ ስታትስቲክስ ባለሥልጣን የግንቦት ወር 2006 ዓ.ም. የዋጋ ንረትን በማስመልከት ያወጣው ሪፖርት ሲሆን፣ ሁለተኛው መንግሥት የዋጋ ንረትን በማይቀሰቅስ ሁኔታ ለመንግሥት ሠራተኞች የደመወዝ ጭማሪ ለማድረግ መወሰኑ ነው፡፡ ይህ ውሳኔ ለሠራተኛው ሕዝብ መልካም ብሥራት ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን የተጠና መሆን አለበት፡፡ የማዕከላዊ ስታትስቲክስ ባለሥልጣን ሪፖርት እንደሚያሳየው በግንቦት ወር የአገሪቱ አጠቃላይ የዋጋ ንረት 8.70 በመቶ በማስመዝገብ፣ በመላ አገሪቱ ባለፉት 15 ወራት የዋጋ ንረቱ በነጠላ አኃዝ እንደቀጠለ ነው፡፡ የዋጋ ንረቱ እ.ኤ.አ. ከማርች 2013 ጀምሮ በነጠላ አኃዝ መቀጠሉን ለመንግሥት እንደ ስኬት እንደሚታይ ሪፖርቱ ያብራራል፡፡ የዋጋ ንረቱ በነጠላ አኃዝ መቀጠሉ አዎንታዊ ገጽታ ነው፡፡ ይሁንና መንግሥት ከሐምሌ ወር ጀምሮ ለመንግሥት ሠራተኞች ደመወዝ እጨምራለሁ ሲል ያቀረበው ታሳቢ ጭማሪው የዋጋ ንረት የማያስከትል መሆኑን ነው፡፡ ጥያቄ የሚነሳውም እዚህ ላይ ነው፡፡ የደመወዝ ጭማሪ ሲደረግ የዋጋ ንረት እንደማይባባስ የሚደረገው ምን ዓይነት ዕርምጃዎችን ወይም መለኪያዎችን በማሰብ ነው? ለመንግሥት ሠራተኞች የሚደረገው የደመወዝ ጭማሪ ኢኮኖሚው ተረጋግቶ መቀጠል በሚችልበት ሁኔታ ተጠንቶ ተግባራዊ እንደሚደረግ መንግሥት መወሰኑ ተገልጿል፡፡ ይህ እንዴት ተግባራዊ ይሆናል የሚለው ጥያቄ ደግሞ መነሳቱ የግድ ነው፡፡ ከዚህ ቀደም በአገሪቱ ተከስቶ የነበረው አጠቃላይ የዋጋ ንረት እስከ 40 በመቶ ደርሶ እንደነበር የሚታወስ ሲሆን፣ የኅብረተሰቡን ኑሮ በምን ያህል ደረጃ አመሰቃቅሎት እንደነበርም አይዘነጋም፡፡ የዋጋ ንረቱ አሁን በነጠላ አኃዝ ላይ
