የመኖሪያ ቤቶች ኅብረት ሥራ ማኅበራት መመርያ ለማሻሻል ረቂቅ ተዘጋጀ

•   በረቂቅ መመርያው መንግሥት ለማኅበራቱ መኖርያ ቤቶች አይገነባም መንግሥት የመኖሪያ ቤት ችግሮችን ለመቅረፍ ካቀረባቸው አራት ፕሮግራሞች መካከል አንዱ የሆነው የመኖሪያ ቤት ኅብረት ሥራ ማኅበራት መመርያ ሊሻሻል ነው፡፡ የአዲስ አበባ ንግድና ኢንዱስትሪ ልማት ቢሮ ከሚመለከታቸው ጋር በመሆን ረቂቅ መመርያውን አዘጋጅቶ ለአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ ማቅረቡን ምንጮች ገልጸዋል፡፡  ለነዋሪዎች የቀረቡት የመኖሪያ ቤት ፕሮግራሞች ባለፈው ክረምት ምዝገባቸው ተጠናቆ ወደ ሥራ ቢገባም፣ በመኖሪያ ቤት ኅብረት ሥራ ማኅበራት ፕሮግራም ግን ምንም ዓይነት እንቅስቃሴ ባለመደረጉ ተመዝጋቢዎችን እያስጨነቀ ነው፡፡ መሰባሰብ የቻሉት ተመዝጋቢዎች በቅርብ ለከንቲባ ድሪባ ኩማ አቤቱታቸውን አሰምተዋል፡፡  ከንቲባ ድሪባም ይህንን ጉዳይ በቅርብ መርምረው ምላሽ እንደሚሰጡ ለቅሬታ አቅራቢዎች ቢገልጹም፣ እስካሁን ግን ይህ ነው የሚባል ምላሽ አለማግኘታቸውን ቅሬታ አቅራቢዎቹ ለሪፖርተር ገልጸዋል፡፡ ምዝገባ ከተካሄድ ከዓመት በኋላ ምንም ሥራ ያልተካሄደበት የመኖርያ ቤት ኅብረት ሥራ ማኅበራት መመርያ በድጋሚ እንዲከለስ የከንቲባው ጠረጴዛ ላይ ተቀምጧል፡፡  ምንጮች እንደሚገልጹት የተዘጋጀው ረቂቅ መመርያ በተለይ ከግንባታና ከዳያስፖራ ጋር በተያያዘ የተወሰኑ አንቀጾች እንዲሻሻሉ ይደረጋሉ፡፡ በግንባታ በኩል ማሻሻያ የሚደረገው ከዚህ ቀደም አስተዳደሩ ባወጣው የመኖሪያ ቤት የኅብረት ሥራ ማኅበራት የአደረጃጀት መመርያ ላይ ማኅበራቱ ስለሚገነቡት መኖሪያ ቤት ሲያትት፣ ማኅበራቱ ከከተማው አስተዳደር ጋር በሚገቡት የውል ስምምነት መሠረት መንግሥት ያቋቋመው የመኖሪያ ቤቶች ልማት ኢንተርፕራይዝ ግንባታውን ሊያካሂድ እንደሚችል ይገልጻል፡፡  መንግሥት ያቋቋመው የግንባታ

Media rights group calls for release of imprisoned Ethiopian journalists
