የዛሬ 12 ኣመት ግንቦት 16  ህገመንግስታዊ መብቶቻቸውን በሰላማዊ መንገድ በጠየቁ ሰላማዊ ሰልፈኞች ላይ በጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ኣቶ ኃይለማርያም ደሳለኝ ይመራ የነበረው የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልላዊ መንግስት ጸጥታ ኃይል በፈጸመው የጅምላ ጭፍጨፋ የተሰውትን የሎቄ ሰላማዊ ሰልፈኞች ቀን በተለይ በሃዋሳ እና በሎንዶን ከተማ በተለያዩ  ዝግጅቶች በመታሰብ ላይ መሆኑ ታውቋል። የወራንቻ ኢንፎርሜሽን ኔትዎርክ ያሰባሰባቸው መረጃዎች እንደሚያመለክቱት፤ ቀኑ በመላዋ ሲዳማ በተለይ በሃዋሳ፤ ቱላ፤ሞሮቾ፤ሌኩ፤ ይርጋኣለም፤ ኣለታ ጩኮ፤ ኣለታ ወንዶ፤ ዲላ እና ወንዶ ወሻ በተለያየ ደረጃ በመከበር ላይ ነው። ከከተሞቹ የወጡ መረጃዎች እንደሚያመለክቱት፤ የከተሞቹ ነዋሪዎች በቡድን እና በግለሰብ ደረጃ ቀኑን እያሰቡ ይገኛሉ።  በሎንዶን ከተማ እና በሲዳማ ከተሞች የነበረውን ኣከባበር ዝርዝር መረጃ እንደደረሰን የምናቀርብ መሆናችንን ለመግለጽ እንወዳሃለን።

የጽሁፉ ምንጭ፦  sidamanationalregionalstate By  ለገሰ   ዋንሳሞ   ዋቃዮ , Hawassa, Sidama ግንቦት  16  ቀን  1994  ዓ / ም   የሲዳማ   ህዝብ   ህገ   መንግስታዊ   መብቱን   ለማስከበር   ህግንና   ደንብን   ጠብቆ    በተወካዮቹ   አማካይነት   በቀን  12/09/1994 ዓ / ም   ለሲዳማ   ዞን   አስተዳዳር   በተጻፈ   ደብዳቤ   መብቱን   በሠላማዊ   መንገድ   ለማስከበርና   ያለበትን   ጥያቄ   ለመንግስት   ለማቅረብ   መነሻው   ገባህላዊ   ህዝብ መሰብሰቢያ   ከሆነው   ቱሉ   ቦታ   በማድረግ   በመስቀል   አደባባይ   የሚያበቃ   ሠለማዊ   ሰልፍ   ስለሚያደረግ   የአካባቢው   አስተዳዳር   ለሰልፉ   ጥበቃ እንዲያደርግ   አመልክቶ   ነበር፡፡   ዜጎች   መብታቸውን   በሠላማዊ   መንገድ   መጠይቅ   ይችላሉ   ተብሎ   በህገ   መንግሰቱ   ስለተደነገገ   ድንጋጌው   የሁሉንም   ብሔር   ብሔረሰቦችና   ህዝቦችን በእኩል   ያስከብራል   ብሎ   በሙሉ   እምነት   ተቀብሎ   ሰልፍ   የወጣው   ህዝብ   የሰልፉን   ደህንነት   መጠበቅ   የሚገባው   ከህዝብ   አብራክ   የወጣ   ህዝብንና የሀገርን   ደህንነት   ለመጠበቅ   ቃል   ኪዳን   የገባው   ሠራዊት   በገዛ   ወገኑ   ላይ   በጠራራ   ፀኃይ   የአውቶማቲክ   መሳሪያ   ውርጅብኝ   አወረደ፡፡   የሠላም   ተምሳለት   የሆነውን   ኢትዮጵያ   ባንድራ   በማስቀደም   ቅጠል   የያዘው   ህዝብ   ከልጅ   እስከ   አዛውንት   በደቂቃዎች   ልዩነት   እንደ   ቅጠል   ረገፈ፡፡ የተወሰኑ   አስከረኖች   በአይሱዙ   መኪና   በላይ   ላይ   ተደርቦ   እንደ   ኩ

የሲዳማ ኣርነት ንቅናቄ / ሲኣን በሃዋሳ ከተማ በወቅታዊ ጉዳዮች እና የሎቄን ሰማዕታት ቀን በሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ላማሰብ የጸጥታ ጥበቃ እንዲያደርግለት ያቀረበውን የጽሁፍ ጥያቄ የከተማው ኣስተዳደር ባለመቀበሉ የሰላማዊ ሰልፉን ቀን ወደ ሰኔ 7 ለማዛወር መገደዱ ታውቋል። ሪፖርተራችን ጥቻ ወራና ሲኣንን ጠቅሶ እንደዘገበው፤ ድርጅቱ ለከተማው ኣስተዳደር በጻፈው ደብዳቤ በከተማ ኣስተዳደር የተሰጠውን ምላሽ እንደምቀበል የገለጸ ሲሆን፤ የሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ማድረጊያውን ቀን ወደ ሰኔ 7 ቀን 2006 ማዛወሩን በመጠቆም በዚሁ ቀን የጸጥታ ጥበቃ እንዲደረግለት በድጋሜ ጠይቋል። ሲኣን / መድረክ ለከተማ ኣስተዳደሩ የጻፈውን ደብዳቤ ከታች ኣያይዘነዋል ያንቡት፦

Entitled “Perception of the Level of Corruption by Foreign Investors in Ethiopia”, the study, which also aimed at identifying public sector institutions that are more prone to corruption according to foreign investors operating in Ethiopia, states corruption in Ethiopia has generally decreased. However, according to the survey, in institutions dealing with customs, import & export, foreign currency, taxes and tax collection, land acquisition for business purposes and other public utilities such as electricity and telecom, corruption has shown an increase.      “Even if there were no documented and study based focus area
