ባለፈው ሳምንት መጀመሪያ ላይ የፌዴራል ዋና ኦዲተር መሥሪያ ቤት ለፓርላማው ባቀረበው ሪፖርት፣ በበርካታ መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት ውስጥ የበጀት አጠቃቀም ግድፈትና ብክነት መኖሩን አስታውቋል፡፡ ይህ በተደጋጋሚ የሚታይ ችግር እየተባባሰ መምጣቱን በመጠቆም ፓርላማው አፋጣኝ የሆነ ዕርምጃ እንዲወስድ ጠይቋል፡፡ በመንግሥት በጀት የሚያዝላቸው ብዙዎቹ መንግሥታዊ መሥሪያ ቤቶች በዕቃ ግዥዎችና በግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ ደንብና መመርያ እንደሚጥሱ ስም ዝርዝራቸው ተጠቅሶ ተገልጿል፡፡ የአገር ሀብትን ከጥፋት ለመታደግ ሲባልም በአስቸኳይ ዕርምጃ ይወሰድ ዘንድ ለፓርላማው ጥሪ ቀርቧል፡፡ ይህ በባለሙያዎች ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄና ሙያዊ ትንተና የቀረበ ሪፖርት በፓርላማውም ሆነ መንግሥትን በሚመራው አስፈጻሚ አካል ከፍተኛ ትኩረት እንደሚያሻው ጥርጥር የለውም፡፡ ከበጀት አጠቃቀም ግድፈትና ከብልሹ አሠራር በተጨማሪ በአሁኑ ጊዜ ተንሠራፍቶ ያለው ኃላፊነትን በአግባቡ ያለመወጣት ችግር ነው፡፡ ከብቃት ማነስ በተጨማሪ ግድ የለሽነትና የአገልጋይነት መንፈስ መጥፋት በየቦታው ተንሠራፍቷል፡፡ በበርካታ መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት ውስጥ የሥነ ምግባር መርሆዎች በሚያማምሩ ኅብረ ቀለማት በተዋቡ ሰሌዳዎች ላይ በግልጽ ቦታ ላይ ተጽፈው ቢታዩም፣ እነዚህን መርሆዎች የሚቀናቀኑ በርካታ እኩይ ተግባራት ይፈጸማሉ፡፡ የመንግሥት ፖሊሲዎችን በአግባቡ እንዲያስፈጽሙ ኃላፊነት የተሰጣቸው የተወሰኑ ወገኖች ለዜጎች ቅሬታና ምሬት ምክንያት እየሆኑ ናቸው፡፡ አገልግሎት ፈላጊዎች ወደተለያዩ መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት ሲመጡ ግብር ከፋይ ዜጎች መሆናቸው፣ ሕጉ በሚፈቅደው መሠረት አገልግሎት የማግኘት መብት እንዳላቸውና ጥያቄዎቻቸውም በአግባቡ መስተናገድ እንዳለበት ሊታወቅ ሲገባ እንግልት ነው የሚጠብቃቸው፡፡ በአሁኑ ጊዜ በብዙዎ

Compared to last year, Ethiopia's export has shown decline this year  on major export commodities of the country including coffee and gold, which fall  25% and 27%, respectively. Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn told Parliamentarians on Thursday  while presenting his report of the past nine months. He attributed the  decline to gold and coffee prices fall globally. "Though we have witnessed 9% increase in agricultural commodities  export, because coffee represents a major portion in the export, we  didn't achieve necessary result from our agriculture which constitutes  80% of our export," he said. Total export growth of the country is now  stood at only 2% compared to last year. During the fiscal year concluded July 7, 2013, Ethiopia has earned  $3.15 billion by exporting agricultural commodities, minerals and  manufactured goods to 133 countries.
