Exclusive auction for farmer cooperative seats only rejects one offer and accepts the rest The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange’s (ECX) exclusive auction for farmers’ cooperatives seats attracted few and vastly differing offers, all but one of which were declared winners for the seats they sought. The Exchange has a total of 329 seats, 15 of which are held by farmers’ cooperatives. These cooperatives are even less significant in their trading participation, accounting for just 2.2pc of the 601,000tns traded in 2012. The reason for their low presence, according to both cooperatives and the ECX, is that they are permitted to bypass the Exchange in exporting their products. ኢህአዴግም እንደ ድርጅት ሙሰኛ ነው - ፕ/ር በየነ ጴጥሮስ ገቢዎች ከመንግስትም በላይ ስልጣን የተሰጠው አካል ነው - አቶ ሙሼ ሰሙ ማጥመጃው ትላልቅ ዓሳዎችን ካጠመደ እንተባበራለን - ዶ/ር ያዕቆብ ኃ/ማርያም የእርምጃውን አቅጣጫ ለማወቅ ቀጣዩን ማየት ያስፈልጋል - ዶ/ር መረራ ጉዲና በፌዴራል የፀረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን በሙስና ተጠርጥረው የተያዙ ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናት ጉዳይ ከፖለቲካ ጋር የተያያዘ እንዳይሆን ስጋት አለን የሚሉ ተቃዋሚዎች፤ እውነቱን የምናውቀው በእርምጃው ቀጣይነት ነው ብለዋል፡፡ መንግስት አላማው ሙስናን ማጥፋት ከሆነ ግን የሚደነቅና የሚበረታታ ተግባር ነው ሲሉ አወድሰዋል፡፡ አሁን የተወሠደው እርምጃ ግዙፉን የሙስና ችግር ዝም ብሎ መነካካት ነው ያሉት የመድረክ አመራር አባል ፕ/ር በየነ ጴጥሮስ፤ አሁን ባለው ሁኔታ ኢህአዴግ እርምጃ መውሰድ ጀምሯል ማለት አይቻልም፤ አሁንም ትልልቅ አሳዎች አልተነኩም ብለዋል፡፡ በመላ ሃገሪቱ ሙስና መስፋፋቱን የሚናገሩት ፕ/ር በየነ፤ ራሱ ገዢው ፓርቲ የሚያንቀሣቅሣቸው የንግድ ድርጅቶች ከሙስና የፀዱ አይደሉም በማለት ተችተዋል፡፡ የኢዴፓ ሊቀመንበር አቶ ሙሼ ሠሙ በሙስና የተጠረጠሩ ባለስልጣኖችና ባለሃብቶች ለህግ እንዲቀርቡ መደረጉን ቢደግፉም ዋነኛ የችግሩ ምንጭ ግለሰቦች ሳይሆኑ ስርአቱ ነው ይላሉ፡፡ ስርአቱ ለእነዚህ ባለስልጣናት የመደራደርያ በር ስለከፈተላቸው የፈለጉትን ነጋዴ በፈለጉት ጊዜ ጠርተው እያሸማቀቁና ስሙን እያጠፉ በጠላትነት የሚያዩበት ሁኔታ ካልተቀየረ ሙስናን ማጥፋት አይቻልም ብለዋል፡፡ ተጠርጣሪዎቹን ማሰር ሙስናን የመዋጋት አካል መሆኑን ጠቁመው፤ ዋናው ግን የአስተሳሰብ ለውጥ ነው ባይ ናቸው - አቶ ሙሼ፡፡ የቀድሞው የቅንጅት አመራር አባልና አለማቀፍ የህግ ምሁሩ ዶ/ር ያዕቆብ ሃ/ማርያም
