Exclusive auction for farmer cooperative seats only rejects one offer and accepts the rest The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange’s (ECX) exclusive auction for farmers’ cooperatives seats attracted few and vastly differing offers, all but one of which were declared winners for the seats they sought. The Exchange has a total of 329 seats, 15 of which are held by farmers’ cooperatives. These cooperatives are even less significant in their trading participation, accounting for just 2.2pc of the 601,000tns traded in 2012. The reason for their low presence, according to both cooperatives and the ECX, is that they are permitted to bypass the Exchange in exporting their products. አዋሳ ግንቦት 13/2005 በደቡብ ክልል ሲዳማ ዞን ሸበዲኖ ወረዳ በትምህርት ስራው ላይ ተማሪዎችና ወላጆችን በማሳተፍ የተከናወነዉ ተግባር በተማሪዎች ውጤት ላይ ለውጥ ማምጣት መቻሉን የወረዳው ትምህርት ጽህፈት ቤት አስታወቀ። የጽህፈት ቤቱ ኃላፊ አቶ አዝመራ አመኑ በወረዳው በሚገኙ ትምህርት ቤቶች የተማሪዎችን ውጤት ለማሻሻል በትምህርት ቤቶች ምምህራንና ተማሪዎች ዕቅድ በማውጣትና ተግባራዊ በማድረግ ለውጥ ማምጣት ተችሏል ። በወረዳው በሚገኙ ሁሉም ትምህርት ቤቶች የትምህርት ጥራት ማረጋገጫ ፓኬጆችን መሰረት በማድረግ ትምህርት ቤቶች ለትምህርት ስራው ምቹ እንዲሆኑ የተደረገዉ ጥረትም ለዉጤቱ መገኘት አስተዋጽኦ ማድረጉንም ገልጠዋል ። ለአራተኛና ስምንተኛ ክፍል የቲቶሪያል ማጠናከሪያ ትምህርት በመስጠት እንዲሁም ከአስረኛ ክፍል ጀምሮ ላሉት ተማሪዎች ከመደበኛው የትምህርት ሰዓት በተጨማሪ ቅዳሜን ጨምሮ ዘወትር ማታ ማታ የማጠናከሪያ ትምህርት በመስጠት ለውጥ ማምጣት ተችሏል ብለዋል። በወረዳው የሴት ተማሪዎችን የትምህርት ተሳትፎና ውጤት ለማሻሻል ሴት ተማሪዎች ተለይተው ድጋፍ እንዲያገኙ እየተደረገ መሆኑን በወረዳው የሚገኙ ትምህርት ቤቶችን በቡድን በማደራጀት እርስ በእርስ ውድድር እንዲያደርጉና ተማሪዎች የልምድ ልውውጥ እንዲያገኙም እየተሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል። ለአራተኛና ስምንተኛ ክፍል ወረዳ አቀፍ ፈተና አዘጋጅቶ በመፈተን ያሉ ክፍተቶችን ለይቶ የማካካሻ ትምህርት በመስጠት ለክልላዊ ፈተና ዝግጁ እንዲሆኑ የማድረግስራ እየተሰራ መሆኑንም አቶ አዝመራ ገልጸዋል። የሸበዲኖ ወረዳ ዋና አስተዳዳሪ አቶ ታረቀኝ ጋቤራ በበኩላቸው በወረዳው በሚገኙ 35 ቀበሌዎች የወላጅ መምህራን ህብረትን በማጠናከርና በየደረጃው በተዋቀሩ የልማት ቡድኖችና አንድ ለአምስት ትስስሮች አማካኝነት በት
