በኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ጥሎ ማለፍ ሲዳማ ቡና መብራት ሃይልን በመል ስ  ጨዋታ በማሸነፍ ግማሽ ፍፃሜውን ተቀላቅላል፡፡ መጋቢት5/2005 ይርጋለም ላይ በዝናባማው የአየር ሁኔታ ሲዳማ ቡና እና መብራት ሃይል ጨዋታቸውን አካሂደዋል፡፡በጨዋታው ሲዳማ ቡና 2 ለ 0 አሸንፏል፡፡ በመጀመሪያ ጨዋታቸው መብራት ሃይል 1 ለ 0 ያሸነፈ ቢሆንም በደርሶ መልስ ሲዳማ ቡና 2 ለ1 በሆነ አጠቃላይ ውጤት ወደ ቀጣዩ ዙር ማለፍ ችሏል፡፡ ባሳለፍነው ሳምንት ኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ አዳማ ከነማን ፣ደደቢት መከላከያን ፣ኢትዮጵያ መድህን ደግሞ ድሬዳዋ ከነማን በማሸነፍ ያለፉ ክለቦች ናቸው፡፡ በግማሽ ፍፃሜው ኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ከኢትዮጵያ መድህን ደደቢት ከሲዳማ ቡና ይገናኛሉ፡፡ ጨዋታዎቹ በሚቀጥለው ሃሙስ መጋቢት 13/2005 እንደሚካሄዱም ከወጣው መርሃ ግብር ማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡

Addis Ababa, March 14 (WIC)  - The 8th regular session of the Southern Ethiopian People's Democratic Movement (SEPDM) will be held in Hawassa tow from March 17-20, 2013.  The conference would evaluate the two and half year performance of the Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP), according to organizing committee of the conference. አዋሳ መጋቢት 05/2005 በምርምር፣ በመማር ማስተማርና በህብረተሰብ አገልግሎት በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ብቁና ተወዳዳሪ ለመሆን ከተለያዩ አለም አቀፍ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ጋር በትብብር እየሰራ መሆኑን የሃዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ገለጸ፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በአሜሪካ ከሚገኘው ኬንታኪ ስቴት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በጋራ ለመስራት የሚያስችለው የጋራ መግባቢያ ሰነድ ትናንት ተፈራርሟል፡፡ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ኮርፖሬት ኮሙኒኬሽንና ማርከቲንግ ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬከተር አቶ መልሰው ደጀነ እንደገለጹት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጥራቱና ብቃቱ የተረጋገጠ ፍትሃዊና ተገቢነት ያለው የትምህርት፣ የምርምርና የህብረተሰብ አገልግሎት በመስጠት በአገርና በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ ለመሆን እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡ በዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚሰጠውን ትምህርት በጥናትና በፈጠራ ስራ በማስደገፍ፣ህብረተሰቡን በባለቤትነት በማሳተፍና አጋር ድርጅቶችን በማስተባበር የተገኘውን ውጤት በአግባቡ ለመጠቀም ልዩ ትኩረት ተሰጥቶ እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ገልፀዋል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚሰጠው ትምህርት ከኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲው ጋር በማናበብ በኢኮኖሚ መዋቅር ውስጥ ገብተው በንቃት በመሳተፍ የተጀመረውን ዕድገት ማስቀጠል የሚችል ዜጋ ለማፍራት እየሰራ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ ሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የዛሬውን ጨምሮ ከ30 በላይ በአፍሪካ ፣በአውሮፓና አሜሪካ ከሚገኙ አለም አቀፍ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ጋር በጥናትና ምርምር፣ በትምህርትና ስልጠና፣ በህብረተሰብ አገልግሎና በመምህራን ልማት ተባብሮ ለመስራት የሚያስችል ስምምነት መፈራረሙን ጠቁመዋል፡፡ በዚሁም በርካታ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብ በተለይ መምህራን የአጭር ፣ የመካከለኛና የረጅም ጊዜ ስልጠና መውሰዳቸውንና የተወሰኑም አሁንም በመከታተል ላይ ናቸው ብለዋል፡፡ የዛሬው ስምምነት የዚሁ መርሀ ግብር አንዱ አካል መሆኑን የገለጹት አቶ መልሰው ኬንታኪ ስቴ

The Sidama zone is in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People’s Region ( SNNPR ) of Ethiopia. Coffees from this area can be either washed or naturally processed and the different methods result in dramatically different cup profiles. While the natural Sidamas are often characterised by a thick, jammy fruit that is very recognisable, the washed coffees have great body and chocolate tones complemented by similar floral and citrus high notes to those found in neighbouring Gedeo zone’s famous Yirgachefe coffees. Around 140,000 people live there, surrounded by the most beautiful and exotic nature I have ever seen. Monkeys are sitting in every single tree, eating or grooming each other and no matter where you look in the sky, colourful birds will be seen, especially the very characteristic Marabou Stork, which is a very common sight around the lake. Hawassa was the destination of a journey out of Addis Ababa, a short vacation, making it possible to experiencing the exotic nature of Ethiopia that the capital cannot provide. I travelled along with a group of fourteen volunteers and interns and we left Addis Ababa early on Friday morning for an extended weekend in Hawassa.
