በኢትዮጵያ ምርት ገበያ የቡና ግብይት ጥያቄ አስነስቷል Форум вебмастеров •    ኤክስፖርተሮች የገዙትን ቡና በጥራት ደረጃው ማግኘት አልቻሉም •    ንግድ ሚኒስቴር ችግሩን ደርሼበታለሁ ብሏል  የአገሪቱን የግብይት ሥርዓት ዘመናዊ ለማድረግ ከአምስት ዓመት በፊት ሥራ የጀመረውና ከፍተኛ ዓለም አቀፍ ዝናን ያተረፈው የኢትዮጵያ ምርት ገበያ ድርጅት (ኢሲኤክስ) የተዝረከረከና ሕገወጥ አሠራር እየተንሰራፋበት መሆኑን ተገልጋዮች ገለጹ፡፡ መንግሥት በገበያ ማዕከሉ የሚስተዋለውን አሳሳቢ ችግር ደርሼበታለሁ፤ በሕገወጥ ሥራ ተሰማርተው በተገኙ ሠራተኞች ላይም ዕርምጃ እየወሰድኩ ነው ይላል፡፡ ስማቸውን መግለጽ ያልፈለጉ በቡና ኤክስፖርት ላይ የተሰማሩ ባለሀብቶች ለሪፖርተር እንደገለጹት፣ የገበያ ማዕከሉ በሚያስተዳድራቸው የቡና መጋዘኖች ውስጥ የቡና ቅሸባ ተንሰራፍቷል፡፡ ይህም ከውጭ አገር ደንበኞች ጋር እያጋጫቸው መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡ የገበያ ማዕከሉ ከአገር ወስጥ አቅራቢዎች ቡናን በመረከብ የቡናውን ናሙና በመውሰድ የቀረበው ምርት የኤክስፖርት ደረጃን ማሟላት አለማሟሟላቱን ካረጋገጠ በኋላ፣ ላኪዎች እንዲጫረቱበት ያደርጋል በማለት የግብይት ሥርዓቱን የሚናገሩት እነዚሁ ቅሬታ አቅራቢዎች፣ ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ ግን በዚህ የግብይት ሥርዓት ውስጥ አሳሳቢ ችግሮች እየተስተዋሉ መሆኑን ይገልጻሉ፡፡ በግብይት ሥርዓቱ መሠረት የኤክስፖርት ደረጃን አሟልቷል የተባለ ቡና ጨረታን ካሸነፉ በኋላ ምርቱን ወደ ውጭ ለመላክ ያሸነፉበትንና የከፈሉበትን ማስረጃ በመያዝ ወደ ገበያ ማዕከሉ መጋዘኖች በሚሄዱበት ወቅት፣ የቡና ምርቱን በደረጃው እንደማያገኙ ከዚህ በተጨማሪም የከፈሉበት የቡና ምርት ከመጠኑ አንሶ እንደሚያገኙት ተናግረዋል፡፡ ይህም ከውጭ ገዥዎች ጋር እያጋ

The writer of this article had recently been to the city of Hawassa, one of the most glamorous cities in Ethiopia, which exhibits rich cultural diversity and heritage, well preserved scenery, flavorful city delicacies and magnificent people from different ethnic communities of the country. Hawassa is a city located on the shores of Lake Hawassa in the Great Rift Valley. It is situated some 270_km south of Addis Ababa via Bishoftu in the Sidama Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' State.
