ካለፈው ወር ጅምሮ የሲዳማ የክልል ጥያቄ በተመለከተ የተቀጣጠለውን  ህዝባዊ ንቅናቄን ለመቆጣጠር የሃዋሳን ከተማ ጨምሮ በኣንዳንድ የሲዳማ ወረዳዎች ሰፍሮ የነበረው የፊዴራል ሃይል ባለፉት ሳምንታት መውጣቱ የሚታወስ ሲሆን ለጊዜው ባልታወቀ ምክንያት በዚህ ሳምንት ውስጥ ወደ ሲዳማ  ተመልሷል። የፈዴራል ሃይሉ ወደ ሲዳማ መመለስን በተመለከተ የተለያዩ ኣስተያየቶች እየተሰጡ ሲሆን ህዝባዊ ንቅናቄው  በተለይ በወረዳዎች ተቀጣጥሎ  በመቀጠሉ ለሃይሉ መመለስ ምክንያት ሳይሆን ኣይቀርም ተብሏል። ይህ በእንዲህ እንዳለ ከዞኑ ወረዳዎች የተወጣጡ ሽማግሌዎችን ያካተተ ኣንድ የሲዳማ ልኡካን ቡድን በትናንትናው እለት ከዞኑ ኣመራር ጋር የክልል ጥያቄን በተመለከተ የተወያይ ሲሆን ስብሳባው ያለ በቂ ውጤት ተጠናቋል። የሲዳማ  ሽማግሌዎች ህገ መንግስቱ በምፈቅደው መሰረት የክልል ጥያቄ በሲዳማ ዞን ምክር ቤት ኣባለት እንዲቀርብ ጥያቄ  ያቀረቡ ሲሆን፤ በካላ ሚሊዮን ማትዎስ የተመራው የዞን ካቢኔ የሽማግሌዎቹን ጥያቄ ሳይቀበል ቀርቷል። ካላ ሚሊዮን በስብሰባው ላይ የክልል ጥያቄ ከዚህ በፊት ተነስቶ የነበረ ነገር ግን በልማት ጥያቄ የተተካ በመሆኑ መልሶ ማንሳት ኣያስፈልግ የምል ኣቋም ኣንጸባርቀዋል። በመረጧቸው እና በገዛ ልጆቻቸው ምላሽ ያልተደሰቱት ሽማግሌዎቹ የስልጣን እርከኑን ተከትለው ከላይ ካሉት ባለስልጣናት ጋር  ለመነጋገር ለሚቀጥለው ሳምንት ቀጠሮ ይዘው ተለያይተዋል።

It is often argued that the socialist regime of the military junta that took power after the 1974 revolution in Ethiopia was not exclusively an Abyssinian (Tigre and Amhara) dominated administration. On the basis of such argument is to be found the occasional participation of few, handpicked surrogates who were ready to serve their Abyssinian masters at the expense of their own peoples.  In this regard, there were a number of notorious non Abyssinian cadres of the socialist government who tortured, maimed and even killed their own people to obtain favours from their Abyssinian masters. ዲላ ሃምሌ 11/2004በጌዴኦ ሲዳማና ቦረና ዞኖች በአይን ሞራ ግርዶሽና ትራኮማ ለተጎዱ ወገኖች የህክምና አገልግሎት በመስጠት ላይ መሆኑን ሀንሴሻ ተራድኦ ልማት ሀገር በቀል በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ገለጸ። የድርጅቱ ስራ አሰኪያጅ አቶ ታደሰ አላኮ በዲላ ከተማ ከሶስቱ ዞኖች ለተውጣጡ የዓይን ህሙማን የህክምና አገልግሎት በተሰጠበት ወቅት ለኢትዮጵያ ዜና አገልግሎት እንደተናገሩት የአይን ሞራ ግርዶሽ ያለባቸውን ህሙማን በመለየት የህክምና አገልግሎት እንዲያገኙ እየተደረገ ነው። ባለፉት ስድስት ዓመታት በአይን ህክምናው በተለይ በዓይን ሞራ ግርዶሽና በትራኮማ የተያዙ ከሁለት ሺህ የሚበልጡ ነዋሪዎች ህክምና ማግኘታቸውን ገልጸዋል። ድርጅቱ የአይን ሞራ ግርዶሽ ህክምናን በዝዋይና ቡታጅራ በሚገኙ የህክምና ማእከላት እንደሚሰጥ ገልጸው የትራኮማ ቀዶ ህክምናና ሌሎች ቀላል ህክምናዎችን በዲላ ሆስፒታል እየሰጠ መሆኑን አስታውቀዋል። ማየት ተስኗቸው በቤታቸው ተቀምጠው የነበሩ 20 ልጆችን ለሶስት ተከታታይ ዓመታት የብሬል ስልጠና በመስጠት ወደ አንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት እንዲገቡ ማድረጉን አቶ ታደሰ ገልጸዋል። በጌዴኦ ዞን የዲላ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ነዋሪ አቶ አለማየሁ ገመዴ ሁለት ልጆቻቸው በአይን ሞራ ግርዶሽ ማየት ተስኗቸው እንደነበር አስታውሰው ባለፈው ዓመት በተደረገላቸው ቀዶ ሕክምና ሙሉ ለሙሉ ለማየት መቻላቸውን ተናግረዋል። በድርጅቱ አጋዠነት ትምህርታቸውን በመከታተል ላይ ከሚገኙት ተማሪዎች መካከል ተማሪ ጥላሁን ተፈራና ሁሴን መሃመድ ከዚህ ቀደም ድጋፍ የትምህርት እድል ሳያገኙ መቆየታቸውን ገልጸው አሁን ባገኙት ድጋፍ ሶስተኛ ክፍል መድረስ መቻላቸውን ተናግረዋል።
