አዋሳ, መጋቢት 12 ቀን 2004 (ሃዋሳ) - በሲዳማ ዞን ከ97 ሚሊዮን ብር በሚበልጥ በጀት በ19 ወረዳዎች የውሃ ተቋማት ግንባታ እየተካሄደ መሆኑን የዞኑ ውሃ ማዕድንና ኢነርጂ መምሪያ ገለጸ። የመምሪያው ኃላፊ አቶ አብሩ ደቃሞ ዛሬ ለኢትዮጵያ ዜና አገልግሎት እንደገለጹት በመንግስት፣ በአለም ባንክ፣መንግስታዊ ባልሆኑ ድርጅቶችና በህብረተሰቡ ተሳትፎ በ19 ወረዳ በመገንባት ላይ ካሉት የውሃ ተቋማት መካከል ጥልቅ ፣መለስተኛና አነስተኛ ጉድጓድ ምንጭ የማጎልበት ይገኝበታል። የአዋዳ ቦርቻ ከፍተኛ ምንጭ ግንባታና ማስፋፊያን በማጠናቀቅ አገልግሎት መስጠት እንዲችል ርብርብ እየተደረገ መሆኑን ገልጸው ለሸበዲኖና ጎርቼ የሚገነቡ ጥልቅ የውሃ ጉድጓዶች የመገንባት ስራ እየተከናወነ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል። የይርጋለምና አለታ ወንዶ ከተሞች የመጠጥ ውሃ ማስፋፊያ ፕሮጀክት ለማከናወን ጨረታ ወጥቶ አሸናፊው ግንባታ መጀመሩን ገልጸው ለሁለቱ ከተሞች የመጠጥ ውሃ ግንባታ ከ29 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ መመደቡን አስታውቀዋል። በዞኑ የተጀመረው የመጠጥ ውሃ ተቋማት ግንባታ ከ60 በመቶ በላይ መጠናቀቁን አስታውቀው በበጀት ዓመቱ መጨረሻ ሙሉ በሙሉ በማጠናቀቅ አገልግሎት እንዲሰጥ ለማድረግ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል። ህብረተሰቡ በገንዘብ በቁሳቁስና ጉልበት አስተዋጽኦ ማድረጉን ጠቁመው ግንባታቸው ሲጠናቀቅ ከ760 ሺህ የሚበለጥ የዞኑ ነዋሪ ተጠቃሚ በማድረግ የዞኑን የውሃ አቅርቦት ሽፋን ከ41 በመቶ ወደ 60 በመቶ እንደሚያሳድገው ገልጸዋል

This investigate estimated a cost efficacy of community-based healing caring (CTC) for children with serious strident gauntness (SAM) in Sidama Zone, Ethiopia compared to trickery formed healing feeding core (TFC). Methods: A cost efficacy research comparing costs and outcomes of dual diagnosis programmes was conducted. The governmental perspective, that considers costs to all sectors of a society, was employed. Outcomes and health use costs of CTC and TFC were performed from Save a Children USA (SC/USA) CTC and TFC programme, supervision health services and UNICEF( in kind supplies) cost estimates of section costs. Parental costs were estimated by interviewing 306 caretakers. Cost categories were compared and a singular cost efficacy ratio of costs to provide a child with SAM in any module (regardless of outcome) was computed and compared.
