የሲዳማ ብሄር ዘመን መለወጫ ፊቼ በዓል ዛሬ መከበር ጀምሯል፡፡ በሲዳማ ባህል አዳራሽ በተካሄደ ሲምፖዚየም ላይ ተገኝተው ንግግር ያደረጉት የክልሉ ርዕሰ መስተዳደር አቶ ደሴ ዳልኬ የበዓሉን እሴቶች  ከዘመን ዘመን በማሸጋገር ለአለም ቅርስነት እንዲበቃ ላደረጉ የሃገር ሽማግሌዎች ምስጋናቸውን አቅርበዋል፡፡ "የሲዳማ ብሄር የዘመን መለወጫ ፊቼ በአለም ቅርስነት መመዝገቡ የክልሉን ብሔሮች ብሔረሶቦችና ህዝቦች አንድነት የሚያጠናክር ነው "ብለዋል፡፡ የብሔሮች ብሔረሶቦችን ማንነት የሚያስከብር ስርዓት በመገንባቱ ባህሎቻቸው በአደባባይ እንዲከበሩ እድል መፈጠሩንም አቶ ደሴ ገልጸዋል፡፡ የበዓላቱ መከበር ለተጀመረው ልማትና ዴሞክራሲያዊ ስርዓት ግንባታ ወሳኝ በመሆኑ በዓሉን ከማክበር ባሻገር የተግባር አጀንዳ ማድረግ እንደሚገባም ጠቁመዋል፡፡ ለደንና ለተፈጥሮ ሃብት ጥበቃ፣ የመቻቻልና የመከባበር እሴቶች እንዲጎለብቱ ወጣቶች የድርሻቸወን መወጣት እንዳለባቸውም አመልክተዋል፡፡ ዛሬ የተጀመው የፊቼ በዓል ነገም በጉዳማሌ አደባባይና  በተለያዩ ወረዳዎች የሚቀጥል በመሆኑ  ባህላዊ እሴቱን በጠበቀ መልኩ እንዲከበር የሃገር ሽማግሌዎች ሃላፊነት እንዳለባቸውም ተመልክቷል፡፡ በዓሉ በአለም ቅርስነት እንዲመዘገብ አስተዋጽኦ ላበረከቱ ተቋማትና ግለሰቦች ርዕሰ መስተዳድሩ አመስግነዋል፡፡ የባህልና ቱሪዝም ሚኒስትር ኢንጂነር አይሻ መሃመድ በበኩላቸው "ቅርሶች የማንነታችን መገለጫ በመሆናቸው በማንኛውም ጊዜና ቦታ ተገቢው እንክብካቤና ጥበቃ ሊደረግላቸው ይገባል" ብለዋል፡፡ የሲዳማ ብሄርም ለዘመናት ጠብቆ ለዚህ ትውልድ እንዲበቃ ያደረገው ፊቼ ጨምባላላ በማይዳሰሱ ቅርሶች በመመዝገቡ ሃገሪቱን ቀደምት የቅርስ ባለጸጋ አድርጓታል፡፡ የቅ

( ኤፍ.ቢ.ሲ ) የፊቼ ጨምበላላ የሲዳማ ብሄር የዘመን መለወጫ በዓል የመላ ኢትዮጵያውያን ኩራትና የአለም ህዝብም ቅርስ በመሆኑ ተገቢው ጥበቃ ሊደረግለት እንደሚገባ ፕሬዚዳንት ሙላቱ ተሾመ አሳሰቡ። የፊቼ ጨምበላላ ዘመን መለወጫ በዓል ዋዜማ በሀዋሳ ከተማ በተለያዩ ስነሰርዓቶች እየተከበረ ነው። በዓሉ ከአሮጌ ዓመት ወደ አዲስ ዓመት መሸጋገርን ለማሳየት የሚከበር ነው። የዘንድሮው በዓል የማይዳሰስ ዓለም አቀፍ ቅርስ ሆኖ በዩኔስኮ በተመዘገበ ማግስት፥ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በሃገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የሚከበር መሆኑ የተለየ ያደርገዋል ተብሏል። በዛሬው እለትም የሲዳማ ባህል ፓርክ ግንባታ ማስመጀመሪያ የመሰረት ድንጋይ የማስቀመጥ ስነ ስርዓት በጉዱ ማሌ አደባበይ ተከናውኗል። የመሰረት ድንጋዩን ፕሬዚዳንት ሙላቱ ተሾመ በዛሬው ዕለት አስቀምጠዋል። በዚሁ ወቅት ፕሬዚዳንቱ እንዳሉት፥ የማእከሉ መገንባት የሲዳማን ባህልና ማንነት ከማስተዋወቅ በላይ የመላ ኢትዮጵያውያን ሀብት እንዲሆን ያስችለዋል። ማእከሉ በተያዘለት ጊዜ እንዲጠናቀቅም የሚመለከተው አካል ሁሉ በትኩረት እንዲንቀሳቀስ ፕሬዚዳንቱ ጠይቀዋል። ከ1 ቢሊየን በላይ ወጪ የሚደረግበት ማዕከሉ በአራት አመታት ውስጥ ተገንብቶ እንደሚጠናቀቅም ነው የተመለከተው ። ማዕከሉ በውስጡ ሙዚየሞች፣ የተለያዩ ማዕከላት፣ ካፍቴሪያዎች፣ የመዝናኛ ቦታዎች፣ ጥብቅ ደንና ሌሎችም በርካታ ክፍሎችን ያካተተ ነው። በስነስርዓቱ ላይ የክልሉ ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ ደሴ ዳልኬን ጨምሮ ከፍተኛ የክልሉ የስራ ሃላፊዎች፣ ከዩኒስኮ የተወከሉ የስራ ሃላፊዎች፣ በ100 ሺህ የሚቆጠሩ የሲዳማና የአካባቢው ህዝቦች ተሳታፊ ሆነዋል።

Photo  Source Abstract  Background: Knowing the status of major problems that constrain livestock development no doubt contributes to initiating projects that can help improve productivity and market success of Ethiopian farmers; aiming at contributing to reduction in poverty of the rural poor through market oriented agricultural development. The objective of this study is to characterize the livestock production system and investigating the major livestock health problems in the area. Methodology: Purposive sampling method was used to select 60 households from four peasant association (PA). A structured questionnaire was prepared and the heads of selected households were interviewed to collect data on production system characteristics and the importance of livestock health problems.
