  የኢትዮጵያ መድን ድርጅት የቀብር ማስፈጸሚያ የመድን ሽፋን አገልግሎት ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ለደንበኞቹ መስጠት መጀመሩን አስታወቀ። የድርጅቱ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ የወንድወሰን ኢተፋ እንደገለጹት፥ አገልግሎቱ የሰው ሞትን ተከትሎ የሚመጡና  የቀብር ማስፈጸሚያ ወጪዎችን በተሟላ ሁኔታ የሚሸፍን የዋስትና አይነት ነው። ሽፋኑ በእድር ላልታቀፉ ዜጎች አገልግሎት እንዲሰጥ ተደርጎ የተዘጋጀ ነው ያሉት ስራ አስፈጻሚው ፥ እየናረ የመጣውን የቀብር ማስፈጸሚያ ወጪን ለመሸፈን ከእድሮች ጋር በመቀናጀት የሚሰራ መሆኑንም አመልክተዋል። ድርጅቱ በመላው አገሪቱ በሚሰጠው አገልግሎት ከአንድ ትሪሊዮን ብር በላይ ለሆነ ንብረት የመድን ሽፋን መስጠቱን አመልክተዋል። በደንበኞቹ ንብረትና ህይወት ላይ ለደረሰ ጉዳትና ከሶስተኛ ወገን ለቀረበባቸው ህጋዊ ኃላፊነት 6 ነጥብ 6 ቢሊዮን ብር የካሳ ክፍያ በመፈጸም አጋርነቱን እያረጋገጠ እንደሚገኝም ጠቁመዋል። የተዘጋጀው የመድን ሽፋን ዕድሜ፣ ጾታ፣ ሃይማኖት ሳይለይና የጤንነት ሁኔታን ሳይጠይቅ  ለሁሉም ዜጎች የሚያገለግል ሲሆን፥ በተጨማሪ በተለያዩ አገራት ለሚገኙ ሽፋኑን ለገዙ ዜጎች የመድን ዋስትና ለመስጠት የሚያስችል መሆኑን አመልክተዋል። የኢትዮጵያ መድን ድርጅት ከተቋቋመ 39 ዓመታትን ያስቆጠረ ሲሆን በመላው አገሪቱ በሚገኙ 66 ቅርንጫፎቹ የተለያዩ የመድን ሽፋን አገልግሎቶች እየሰጠ ይገኛል። ምንጭ፦ ኤፍ.ቢ.ሲ

Abstract Based on farmers’ knowledge and laboratory studies, the nutrient accumulation in the topsoil (0–20 cm) under  Cordia africana  Lam (Cordia),  Millettia ferruginea  Hochst (Millettia) and  Eucalyptus camaldulensis  Dehnhardt (Red gum) managed under two agroforestry practices on different farms at three sites was evaluated. The number of these trees on individual farms has increased during the last two decades. The number of stems ha −1  of Red gum was higher on farms of wealthier households than on farms of poor and medium households at two of the sites, but, at one site the number of stems ha −1  on farms of poor households was higher than on farms of wealthier households. Apart from the concentration of Na in the topsoil, there were significant variations in the analysed soil nutrients between the tree species.
