(በተለይ በመለስተኛና በከፍተኛ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ) በሳምራዊት ኅሩይ የኢትዮጵያ ትምህርት ከፍተኛ የውድቀት ታሪክ በእጅጉ ከደርግ ዘመን ጋር ተያይዞ የመጣ ነው፡፡ ፖለቲካዊ ትርምስ፣ ርዕዮተ ዓለማዊና ፕሮፓጋንዳዊ እመቃ፣ የዘመቻና የጦርነት ጣጣዎች ኅብረተሰቡንና ትምህርቱን አዳሽቀውታል፡፡ በየትም ቦታ ቅድሚያ ይሰጠው የነበረው የፓርቲ፣ የፖለቲካ፣ የፕሮፓጋንዳ፣ የክብረ በዓልና የዘመቻ ሥራ ነበር፡፡ የሚያስመሰግነው፣ የሚያሸልመውና የሚያሾመው ይህ ዓይነቱ ‘አብዮታዊ ሥራ’ ነበር፡፡ ከትምህርቱ አስተዳደር አንስቶ እስከ መምህራን ድረስ በ‹‹አብዮታዊ ግዴታዎች›› መጠመድና ሥራ መፍታት እየበዛ ትምህርቱ ተዝረከረከ፡፡ ሥራ ትጋትና ዋጋ አጥቶ፣ ሥራ ጠሉ ሁሉ ‹‹አብዮታዊ›› እና ‹‹ጓድ›› እየተባለ ጥቅማ ጥቅሙን ሲቀራመትና የታታሪው ገምጋሚና አዛዥ ሲሆን የሥራ ፍቅርና ትጋት ሞተ፡፡ ‹‹አብዮታዊ አስተዋጽኦ››፣ ‹‹ጓድ››ነትና የ‹‹ጓድ›› ዘመድነት ከትምህርት ቤት የማያባርር፣ ልዩ ፈተና የሚያሰጥ፣ ፈተና የሚያሳልፍ፣ ከደንብ ውጪ ለመድገምና ማትሪክን ደጋግሞ በመደበኛነት ለመፈተን የሚያስችል እየሆነ በመምጣቱ የሙያ ሥነ ምግባሩ ተቦዳደሰ፡፡  የመምህራን ከሥራ መጓደል የተማሪን ታጉሮ መዋል እያስከተለ፣ የመምህራን የሥራ ስሜትና ሥነ ምግባር መውደቅ የተማሪውን ችሎታ እያደከመ፣ 12ኛ ክፍል ደርሶ የማለፍ ዕድልም ህልም እየሆነ መሄድ ራሱ ተስፋ እያሳጣ የተማሪው የትምህርት ስሜትና ትጋት ይጠፋል፡፡ የወጣት አጥፊነት ይለማል፡፡ የትምህርቱ መፋለስና የይስሙላ መሆን የግምግማና የማለፊያ ሥርዓቱን ያፋልሰዋል፡፡ በአግባቡ ያላስተማረ መምህር በቀላል ፈተና፣ ብዙ ተማሪ ከወደቀም ነጥብ በመጨመር ጉድ መሸፈን ውስጥ ይገባል፡፡ ያልሠራና ተስፋ ያጣ ተማሪም በበኩሉ በኩረጃ፣ በዛቻ

የአገሪቱ የግብይት ሥርዓት ሁሌም የሚተች ነው፡፡ ይሻሻላል ተብሎ ሲጠበቅ ብሶበት ይገኛል፡፡ በግብይት ሥርዓቱ ውስጥ ያሉ ተዋንያኖች ከእንከን ፀድተው አያውቁም፡፡ ጥቂት የማይባሉ ነጋዴዎች ከሸማቾች ሮሮ አምልጠው ያውቃሉ ተብሎ አይታሰብም፡፡ የንግድ ሥርዓታቸው ሚዛናዊ አይደለም፡፡ የራስን ጥቅም ያስቀድማሉ፡፡ በሸማቾች ሲረገሙ መስማትም የተለመደ ነው፡፡ ይህ አብዛኛውን የንግዱ ኅብረተሰብ የሚገልጽ ነው ባይባልም፣ ጥቂት የማይባሉ ነጋዴዎች መገለጫ ሊሆን እንደሚችል ግን ደፍሮ መናገር ይቻላል፡፡  የእስከዛሬውን ትተን ሰሞኑን ብዙዎቻችንን ያስገረመን፤ እንደውም ያበሳጨንን ድርጊት በአስረጅነት መግለጽ ይቻላል፡፡ በተለያዩ መገናኛ ብዙኃን እንደተሰማው መንግሥት ከሐምሌ 1 ቀን 2006 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ለመንግሥት ሠራተኞች ደመወዝ የመጨመሩን መረጃ ተከትሎ እየፈጸመው ነው የተባለው ድርጊት ነው፡፡ ነጋዴዎቻችንን ያስገረመን ብቻ ሳይሆን መች ይሆን እንዲህ ካለው ተግባር ፀድተው ሸማቾችን በአግባቡ የሚያስተናግዱት? ብለን አሁንም እንድንጠይቅ የሚያደርግ ነው፡፡ ደመወዝ ሊጨመር ነው የሚለውን ወሬ የሰሙ አንዳንድ ነጋዴዎች ወዲያው የዋጋ ለውጥ አደረጉ፡፡ ዋጋ ጨመሩ፡፡ ነገሩ ሠርግና ምላሽ ሆነላቸውም ብንል ማጋነን አይሆንም፡፡ ደመወዝ ከተጨመረ እኛም ዋጋ መጨመር አለብን የሚለው ስግብግብ ስሜትቸው ፈጥጦ ወጣና ሸማቹን ምስቅልቅል ስሜት ውስጥ ከተቱት፡፡ በደመወዝ ጭማሪው ሊደሰት የሚገባውን የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል ከወዲሁ አሸማቀቁት፡፡ ምን ዋጋ አለው ብሎ ከንፈሩን እንዲመጥ አስገደዱት፡፡  ይህ አሳዛኝ ድርጊት ነው፡፡ ገና ለገና ደመወዝ ሊጨመር ነው ተብሎ ወሬው እንደተሰማ ለዋጋ ጭማሪ መንቀልቀል ጤናማ የንግድ ባህሪ አይደለም፡፡ ሆኖም አደረጉት፡፡  ከሁሉም በላይ አስገራሚ
