አራተኛ   ክፍል   እያለሁ   የሂሳብ   መጽሐፍ   ለአራት   ነበር   የሚታደለን፡፡   ታድያ   የቤት   ሥራ   የተሰጠ   ቀን መጽሐፉን   ለመውሰድ   ተረኞች   ያልነበርነው   ሦስታችን   የቤት   ሥራውን   ስንገለብጥ   ከተማሪው   ሁሉ ወደ   ኋላ   እንቀር   ነበር፡፡   ሕፃናት   ስለ   ነበርን፣   ከዚያም   የተሻለ   ስላላየን   መጽሐፍን   ለአራት   ለአምስት መውሰድ   የዓለም   ሥርዓት   መስሎን   ነበር   ያደግነው፡፡   የመጽሐፍ   ኮንደሚኒየም   አትሉም፡፡ የሚገርመው   ነገር   ይህ   አሠራር   በሁለተኛ   ደረጃም   ሆነ   በኮሌጅ   ደረጃ   ሳይሻሻል   ነው   እኛ   ትምህርት « ጨርሰን »   የወጣነው፡፡   በተለይ   አዲስ   አበባ   ዩኒቨርሲቲ   ስድስት   ኪሎ   እያለሁ   እንድናነብ የሚሰጠንን   መጽሐፍ   ቤተ   መጻሕፍት   ሄዶ   ማግኘት   አስቸጋሪ   ነበር፡፡   አንዳንድ   ጊዜ   ሌላ   ሰው   ቀድሞ ያወጣውና   ወረፋ   ያዙ   እንባላለን፡፡   ወረፋው   ሳይደርሰን   ፈተናው   ቀድሞ   ይደርሳል፡፡   አንዳንድ   ጊዜ ደግሞ   ከነ   አካቴው   መጽሐፉ   አይኖርም፡፡   ምነው ?   ስንል  « መምህሩ   አውጥቶታል »   እንባላለን፡፡   ሌላ ጊዜ   ደግሞ   « በኮርስ   አውት   ላይኑ »   ላይ   ያለው   የመረጃ   መጻሕፍት   ዝርዝር   ከሌላ   የተገለበጠ   ይሆንና ቤተ   መጻሕፍቱ   እንኳን   ሊኖረው   ሰምቷቸውም   አያውቅ፡፡   እንዲህ   እኛ   መጽሐፍ   ብርቅ   ሆኖብን   አድገን   በኋላ   ገዝታችሁ   አንብቡ   ስንባል   ውቃቤ   ሊቀርበን አልቻለም፡፡   እኛ   በመጽሐፍ   መከራ   እንጂ   መች   ደስታ   አይተን

The neo-liberal paradigm which suggests a non-activist and non-interventionist state, a night watchman state, as conducive to economic growth bases such conclusions on two pillars. One pillar has to do with the assertion that competitive markets are both pervasive and efficient. New የኢትዮጵያን የአምስት ሺሕም ሆነ የሦስት ሺሕ ዓመታት የመንግሥትነት ታሪክን አቆይተን ከ19ኛው ምእት ዓመት ብንነሣ፣ ጎልቶ የሚታየን ለ86 ዓመታት በመሳፍንት ተከፋፍላ ለነበረችው ኢትዮጵያ “ዘመነ መሳፍንት” ማብቃቱ በዳግማዊ አፄ ቴዎድሮስ መበሰሩ ነው፡፡ በተከታታይ የመጡት ነገሥታት አፄ ተክለ ጊዮርጊስ፣ አፄ ዮሐንስ፣ አፄ ምኒልክ፣ ልጅ ኢያሱ፣ ንግሥት ዘውዲቱና ቀዳማዊ ኃይለ ሥላሴ እንደየዘመናቸው ይብዛም ይነስ ተልዕኮቻቸውን ፈጽመው አልፈዋል፡፡ ተፍጻሜተ ዘውድ የሆኑትን የአፄ ኃይለ ሥላሴ ሥርዓት ለመገርሰስ የተነሣውና የፈነዳውን የየካቲት አብዮትን ተከትሎ ሥልጣኑን የተቆናጠጠው በወቅቱ ጥሪው “ጊዜያዊ ወታደራዊ አስተዳደር ደርግ” በኋላም ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ሕዝባዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ (ኢሕዲሪ) በመለወጥ 17 ዓመት አገሪቱን መርቷታል፡፡ ይህ ከሆነም በኋላ ገና ሥልጣኑን በጨበጠ በመንፈቁ የትጥቅ ትግል የጀመረው የትግራይ ብሔር ድርጅት ሌሎች አጋሮቹ ከጎኑ አሰልፎ ለ17 ዓመት ያከናወነው ውጊያ በድል መጠናቀቁ ሌላኛው የታሪክ ምዕራፍ ነው፡፡ የታሪክ ፕሮፌሰሩ ባሕሩ ዘውዴ “የኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ከ1847 እስከ 1983” ብለው ባሳተሙት መጽሐፋቸው ፍፃሜውን እንዲህ ገልጸውታል፡፡ “የኢሕዲሪ ምስረታን ያጀበው ሽብርቅና ሽርጉድ የደርግ ሥርዓት የተጠናወተውን መሠረታዊ ችግር ደብቆት ነበር፡፡ አራት ዓመትም ሳያስቆጥር፣ እንዲያ በረቀቀ ጥበብና በአያሌ ደምና ዕንባ የተገነባው ሥርዓት እንደ አሸዋ ክምር ተናደ፡፡ ደርግ ውስጥ የነበሩትን ባላንጣዎቹንና የከተሜውን ግራ ክንፍ ኃይል የሸወደው አምባገነን፣ የገጠር ሽምቅ ተዋጊዎቹን ምሕረት የለሽ የጥይት ውርጅብኝ መቋቋም አቅቶት ወደቀ፡፡ ደርግ በሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ እየተስፋፋ የመጣውን ብሔርተኛ አመፅ ለመግታት ከዐሥር ዓ
