ኢሳት የዲፕሎማቲክ ምንጮቹን ጠቅሶ ትናንት እንደዘገበዉ የቀድሞዉ የዉጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር የአሁኑ በቻይና የኢትዮጵያ አምባሳደር በሆኑት በአቶ ስዩም መስፍን የበላይነት የሚመራ 7 አባላትን ያቀፈ አንድ ቡድን ሀገሪቱን የመምራት ስራ የተረከበ ሲሆን ፤ 4 አባላቱ የህወሓት ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናት ናቸዉ፡፡  ምንም እንኳን ሐይለማሪያም ደሳለኝ በግዜያዊነት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩን በመተካት የአመራሩን ቦታ እንደተረከቡ በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት በይፋ ቢገለፅም ሀገሪቱን የመምራት ስልጣን ግን በዚህ ቡድን እጅ ነዉ ሲል ያተተዉ ይህ የኢሳት ዘገባ ቡድኑ የትግራዮች የበላይነት በሰፊዉ የነገሰበት ነዉ ሲል አብራርቷል፡፡ በዚህ የኢሳት ዘገባ እንደተገለፀዉ በአቶ ስዮም መስፍን በሚመራዉ ቡድን ዉስጥ ምክትል የዉጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር የሆኑት አቶ ብርሀነ ገብረ ክርስቶስ በምክትል ሊቀመንበርነት የተሰየሙ ሲሆን ፤ የመከላከያ ኢታማጆር ሹም የሆነዉ ጀኔራል ሳሞራ የኑስና የሀገሪቱ የፀጥታ መስሪያ ቤት ሀላፊ አቶ ጌታቸዉ አሰፋ በአባልነት ይገኙበታል፡፡ ተያይዞም እንደተጠቆመዉ በቡድኑ ዉስጥ ከብአዴን ፣ ኦህዴድና ዴህዴን አንድ አንድ አባላት ተካተዋል፡፡ ቡድኑ ላዕላይና ታህታይ በሚል መዋቅር የተከፈለ ነዉ ያለዉ የኢሳት ዘገባ ምንም እንኳን በላዕላይ የአመራር መዋቅር ዉስጥ አጋር ድርጅቶች ባይሳተፉም በታችኛዉ መዋቅር ዉስጥ ይገኛሉ ሲል ጠቁሟል፡፡ ዘገባዉ አያይዞ እንደገለፀዉ ስርዓቱ ይህንን የአመራር ቡድን ለመፍጠር የተገደደዉ ምራባዉያኑንም ያስማማዉ በህወሓት ዉስጥ ጭምር በታየዉ የጎላ መከፋፈል ምክንያት ሁሉን የሚያስማማ መሪ መምረጥ አስቸጋሪ ሁኖ በመገኘቱ ነዉ፡፡ ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትርነት ከታሰቡ ሰዎች መካከል አቶ ስዩም መስፍንን ጨምሮ ዋና ዋና የህወሓት ባለስልጣናት የፓርላማ አባል

The army that was deployed throughout the Sidama has continued intimidation and terrorizing Sidama people.
