Chinese Language and culture centers opened at Hawassa and Addis Ababa Universities will help to further strengthen existing relations between Ethiopia and China, Chinese Ambassador to Ethiopia, Xie Xiaoyan said. While visiting the center that opened in Hawassa University, SNNP state, the ambassador said the centers will help enhance ties between the two countries. Opening the centers enhance ties in education and culture. The ambassador expressed his plan to work closely with the universities in the efforts to upgrade the certificate level Chinese language program to a first degree level.
